What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While UPT Is Negative?

Hi, I have a question about my menstural cycle. About two-3 weeks ago i took a few plan b pills through out two weeks. I was suppose to get my period around the 15th and two days ago I thought I finially got it but its only been dark brown discharge. I took several home tests and they are all negative. I was wondering why is my discharge this color? There is no blood just brown discharge. Can I be pregnant?
