Hello,

Brown colored discharge through out the day while on oral contraceptive pill can be the withdrawal bleeding. Withdrawal bleeding is the scant bleeding that occurs while woman is on oral contraceptive pills. In case the bleeding is still prolonged and is heavy then you may consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
