Hi,
Implantation bleeding is a fresh bleed and is seen at around the time of the expected period. Apart from this, any sort of bleeding or spotting during pregnancy is abnormal. In the current scenario, you should get complete evaluation including a trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts, urinalysis, serial serum beta-hCG titres if required to help plan further management. Apart from this, absolute bed rest, avoidance of all sorts of exertion including sexual activity are needed. Hope this helps.
