Hi. I ve been been on birth control for about 5 months (min ovral). I take my pill at 1230 everyday and am on time every single day. On Monday nov14 I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside me. Then Saturday nov19 I did the same thing again. Friday nov18 I took my pill at 445. On Saturday nov20 I began experiencing light to dark brown discharge til the Monday. Then it began turning red and now Wednesday nov23 it is just blood but very light bleeding, like spotting it looks like. Today the 23rd I start my sugar pills and I always get my period on the Friday (day3 of sugar pills). Is what I m expericimg just spotting before my period? Is it because of taking one pill late? I ve never experienced this on this brand of birth control.
