Lately I ve noticed my 5 year old daughter has been having like a brown patch on her neck I thought it was dirty but it won t come off grant she was born 7 weeks early weighing 2lbs 15 ounces and has very poor eating habits I m concerned what is the brown mark

Hello, a single brown patch on her neck which is well-defined could be what is known as cafe-au-lait macule.
Now, this normally appears in early life and is permanent and asymptomatic condition unless other associated things like neurofibromas, freckling etc are there.
I would adv you to visit a dermatologist for evaluation once and be pacified.
