What Causes Brown Patches At The Base Of The Foreskin?

There are a few light brown patches at the base of my foreskin (I am circumcised). They are difficult to see because they are nearly the same color as the rest of the skin on my penis. When looked at with brighter light, they have a subtle, warty texture on the surface. No redness, itching or discharge. They are quite flat. I was wondering if these colored patches could be anything from an early sign of penile cancer to harmless discolored patches on my skin.

Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
It is difficult to comment a skin conditions without examination, kindly either see doctor or upload the pictures of the area. We will go through them and let you know what it might be.
Based on the information it might be Fordyce spot, but need to be confirmed.
Hope this helps.
Take care
