Dermatologist 's  Response
Thank you for contacting Health care magic.

As per the description, you are having a pigmentary disorder called Melasma. The common causes are exposure to sunlight, drugs like phenytoin, hormonal imbalance etc.

If the response you have achieved with topical medications is not satisfactory then you can go other treatment modalities like chemical peeling with glycolic acid or laser treatment.

Strict sun protection is necessary for full response. Use oral antioxidants. Do not take oral cantaceptive as it may aggravate the lesions.

Consult you dermatologist who will evaluate the skin type, can give a test you test dose ( necessary as you are about to get married and no risks are to be taken), and treat you accordingly.

If the lesions are not not responding, tou can use camouflage. It will hide the lesions for about 12 hours.
