What Causes Brown Discharge And Flaky Stuff In Urine After Trying To Insert Mirena?

I went to get mirena IUD inserted, but the doctor told me she couldnt insert it due to the fact that my uterus is tilted. She tried to insert it twice, but it wouldnt go. It was very painful and I seen a lot of blood on the sheet. Now Im having brown discharge and brown flaky stuff in urine. Whats happening?

It could be a residual epithelial deposit. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. As of now, no definite treatment is required either.
