What Causes Brown Colored Ear Discharge?

I'm 22 years old and I've had ear problems since I was little, Recently my left ear has been having clear drainage but today I was getting ready for an interview I noticed my ear has a discharge that is a brownish color. It's 11:30 am here, should I call a Dr. to get an appointment and get it looked at?

As per your complain it seems like you have infection in the ear also known as Otitis Media leading to Ear discharge..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough evaluation done and in case if there is infection he can advise you antibiotics like Augmentin or Clindamycin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, Antibiotic ear drops like Gentamycin and decongestant nose drops..
