OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that there might be infection in your breast so I will suggest you to start a course of antibiotics for 5 days and Tranaxemic acids for 5 days. Also, I would suggest a thyroid profile and prolactin test, if symptoms don't reduce then a ultrasound examination of both breast needs to be done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
