No this doesn't seem to be due to start of labor. Labor starts with water-break in which there is a small gush or continuous leakage of water from the vagina. Fluid isn't so red/brown. Also there is a start of Brexton Hick's contractions of the
uterus in which the uterus contracts vigorously causing pains, and leads to start of the labor. Please call your nurse to let you know what to do right now.
The urinary frequency may be due to
urinary tract infection, which is very common in
pregnancy. Start taking Cranberry juice and plenty of water to get rid of to some extent urinary tract symptoms of infection.
