What Causes Bronchitis Along With Running Nose And Chronic Cough?
I ve have broncituis been like this for 3 weeks congested can t breath runny nose my ears hurt I can t stop coughing my back and chest hurt so bad I wanna cry I ve been on antibotics breathing treatments steriods I do not feel better at all it keeps getting worse I had a chest xray and it was good I ve tried everything to breath and clear up the mucus nothing works I ve been to my primary doc and to the er and the migrains are also horrible

I can understand your concern.
Noted your chest x ray normal.so pneumonia less likely and you have diagnosed bronchitis.
CBC done first.
If neutrophilia -bacterial
If lyphocytosis-viral
If eosinophilia - allergic
Antibiotic full course taken for bacterial.
Otherwise it is treated symptomatically.
For blocked nose take oxymetazoline nasal spray which is decongestant.
Antihistaminic drug like cetrizine or chlorpheniremine useful.
Steam inhalation with eucalyptus taken.
Salt water gargles done.
If eosinophilia then hetrazan can be give after consultation.
Avoid smoking.
If you have bronchospasm repeated then nebulization can taken with levosalbutamol.
Avoid stress as it can aggravate chest pain.
