What Causes Bright Red Color In Urination?

hi i just had a pregnacy test last week the doctor told it came back negative and then a couple days later my period came on but for only three days and then i have sex a few days after and then i wipe the next morning and im wiping bright red blood after urination what chould this possibly be?

The causes can vary but the most common ones could be infections, birth control, sexual activity, abnormalities in the inner lining of the uterus, abnormalities of the uterus, abnormalities of the structure of the uterus, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted infections, tumor, etc. Please consult your doctor for a urine analysis, physical examination and ultrasound examination of your abdomen and pelvis. If required a vaginal swab test may also be ordered.
