Hello

Bleeding after intercourse need proper medical attention. It may be due to many causes like vigorous sex, cervical, vaginal, uterine problem, pregnancy etc.
Negative UPT confirms absence of pregnancy.
You may need proper local clinical examination. It is important to observe for tear etc.
Ultrasound of pelvis is also helpful.
Pap smear etc can also be done after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings. You should consult gynecologist.
