What Causes Breathlessness With Blood Pressure 139/90?

hello,my aunt is experiencing difficulty of breathing from chest pain ascending to her jaw and she feels like having lockjaw,her blood pressure is 139/90..her echo says she has mild ischemia and everytime she feels like this she is having cold clamy skin and she feels very weak..

In my opinion you should consult cardiologist 1st. As your echo is showing ischaemia with chest pain radiating to the left jaw, there is a high chance of anginal pain. So consult cardiologist and go for TMT or Coronary angiography.
