What Causes Breathing Difficulty In Right Nostril?

I have had continuous problems breathing out og my right nostril for a year or more now. I though it might have had something to do with a sinus lift I had years ago for a tooth implant, but the implant is on the left side. This starteted a few years after the surgery. I have tried nasal decongestants, saline, z-pack for sinus infections....nothing seems to fix that I can't breath out of my right nostril. Every once and a while I get a good clear pathway...but very seldom. Any ideas?
