Hi,
Pain in the throat may be caused by acid reflux. However, the chest tightness is not common with it.
It might not be anything serious, but the fact that you have difficulty in swallowing or food stuck in the throat is considered alarm symptoms.
This must be assessed and we recommend to do an Endoscopy in such patients.
