What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Nose Congestion?
I have a hard time breathing when I lay down. Stuffy nose and it is in the upper respiratory! I feel drained, tired and find myself falling asleep anywhere, and anytime I sit down. Is this some sort of sleep apnea. This has been going on for 3 months.

In viral infection drowsiness can occur because of release of cytokines.
But as you are having this problem since 3 month cause needs to be ruled out.
Causes can be narcolepsy, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism etc
For that detail clinical history taken and investigation done according to need
Initially PS examination and serum TSH can be estimated
