What Causes Breath With Fruity Smell?

I recently noticed that my breadth had a fruity smell to it while I took sinutab for my cold. Its been 5 weeks after using the sinutab and my breadth still has this fruity smell to it. What could have caused it as I am now worried as i expected the smell to have subsided.
