Started chronic cough 3 months ago. Has taken antibiotic and prednisone given by family doctor on two occasions in last 3 months. Now pulse rate drops in the low 30 s mostly at resting. Went to ER all lab work came back in normal range was diagnosed with bradacardia. What is going on with him?
If this is the bradycardia and not with the sinus origin then case need to be kept under observation and if the heart drops too much low then it may require the pacemaker, but in case of sinus bradycardia and exercise-induced bradycardia may not need any treatment.
