Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Probably he may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis with electrolyte imbalance or acute dysentery with hypotension.

Other possibilities like food Intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or diabetic diarrhoea.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Ofloxacin Ornidazole twice a day for five days. Use tablet Sporulac twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
