Hello, i noticed small buttons on z top of the lips of my vagina and when i scartched them they bleeded, they itch from time to time and they start to look like dead skin, i don t know if it s because of the heat and moisture and waxing and wearing tight short jeans...

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Boil is due to hair follicle infection.
Sweats, chemical irritant, shaving, waxing are the causative factor.
Clinical examination will help in the diagnosis.
Take following advises:
Apply bacitracin ointment
Tablet cetrizine at the bedtime
Avoid sweats in affected area and maintain proper hygiene.
Use antibacterial soap.
Use sterilized razor and do careful while waxing.
Apply warm pad application
Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet
