I can understand your concern for red boils in thigh with itchiness and its recurrence after taking antibiotics too.
I can get form your history that you are a diabetic person so it is quite common in diabetics to get recurrent boils. It is due to raised blood sugar with results in easy infection at the areas prone form moistness.
I suggest you to first and foremost control your sugar level. It is one of the sole most important factor in reducing the tendency of the boils.
In my patients I generally prescribe oral anti histamine like loratadine or cetrizine. It is one of the drugs which are not having any side effects. Do not scratch or rub the skin as it can lead to further aggravation.
If at all you feel that the area is increasing or there is more of aggravation of the problem then you can meet a family physician immediately.
All the best.
