What Causes Bodyaches And Vomiting Sensation?

i am an 89 year old female with all over body aches even my hands ache i feel like i want to vomit, have headaches and am so tired, i take 100mg tramal twice a day for the pain and have been this way for a month or more,what could it be? please help

Hi there...

Please visit a doctor for a detailed examination and investigation.

If your symptoms were there for 2-4 days, I would say it is a viral illness. However, the fact that you have been sick for a month needs further evaluation.

Any depression/issues that are worrying you. These can also present with similar symptoms.

I would advise a complete blood picture, urine routine, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels, TSH, blood sugar levels both fasting and post prandial, electrolyte levels, and renal function tests.
