What Causes Body Rash After Taking Clindamycin For Staph Infection?
I have been taking clindamycin for about 6 days now for a staph infection. I was itching my arm last night and I woke up with a rash on my arm, throughout the day i itched other areas and now I have rash on my back, face, chest, and arms. What is happening?

Definitely you have developed a Urticarial/Maculopapular drug reaction to clindamycin. I would suggest you to stop taking any further doses of clindamycin.
If I was your treating doctor I would have started you on oral antihistamines e.g Cetrizine 10mg once or twice daily. A topical soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion can be used to sooth the rashes.
Since it is most likely a drug reaction therefore we need to manage the infection with a different class of antibiotic. Macrolides e.g Azithromycin or Erythromycin cover staph. and also have the least chances of a drug reaction and can be safely substituted for clindamycin.
