What Causes Body Numbness, Vision Tunneling And Spasm In Arms?

hello my name is kris, ill get right to the question because it mite be an emergency, i was standing outside and i could feel my body getting numb, as i made it up my stairs and through my door my vision was tunneling and my whole body was numb. i ran to the sink for water and as i bent down to drink,my arms started having spasms. as soon as i drank the water i came to and stopped sweating. i also had a loss of hearing through this. any info would help thanks
