What Causes Body Imbalance?

I was diagnosed with Cm. after symptoms of bad coordination and balance. I ve been experiencing these problems for about 6 years. In the beginning the symptoms were occasional but now it is all the time. Bad balance and uncoordinated. Nero surgeon does not recommend surgery. He feels the changes of getting better from surgery is only 60/40. I m 64 years old Any suggestions? I m tired of this

The surgery is tricky even I would advise not to hurry into it . Did they give you any excercise or any devices for marinating balance ? you may try physiotherapy for the same.
