Which cardiac problem your having? are you on drugs for seizures? Possible causes are like vestibular apparatus dysfunction or hypotension or myocardial dysfunction or muscle imbalance or posterior circulation stroke etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. also get it done ECG, CT scan brain, serum electrolytes or hemoglobin status etc. If you're symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
