What Causes Body Aches, fever And Nausea?

My 23 yr old daughter has body aches, fever, mild nausea x 48 hrs. Now she has numbness and tingling in her wrists, a band of approx 2-3 inches x 4-5 hrs. No change in the appearance or temp of her fingers, hands, wrists or arms. She is taking tylenol 750mg alternating with ibuprofen 400 to 600mg every 4-6 hours. Is this something that needs to be assessed or just a possible side effect of possibly influenza?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The tingling may not be specific of the type of fever, but it may be due to the temperature or the drugs used.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to run some blood and urine tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, paracetamol, and B complex till the diagnosis is established
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
