What Causes Body Aches?

yes I been suffering for a long time of body achs pain they have done many test they sent me to rheumatologist and done all kind of tests lyme desease and thyroid lupus and many other test but iwent to the emergency 3 month ago and they gave me an allergy shot and all the pain and sufeerring went away but its starting again how do I know what shot they gaveme so I can get another one and get a treatment
