What Causes Body Ache Along With High Fever And Headache?

Overnight I developed total body aches, a fever of 102 and a headache in my forehead area. I do not have any cold or flu symptoms. But I have been on antibiotics for a UTI since Tuesday. Because of the late onset of my new symptoms, I somehow don t think they are related.

I can understand your concern.
Body ache, high grade fever, headache etc are commonly seen with viral infection like dengue.
So better to consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring (to rule out hypotension), CBC (complete blood count) and dengue NS1 antigen tests.
You will need bed rest, plenty of fluids and paracetamol tablet trice daily.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 4-5 days.
