What Causes Blurry Vision, Unevenness In Nails And Stomach Issues?

I have been taking Iron 2x daily and 50,000 units of vitamin D twice a week for 3 months. I just received results from my last blood work. My iron level have finally reached 50 with a ferritin level of 5. My vitamin D has increased from 17 to 57. The dr has increased my iron to 3x daily. I am a 41 year old female. I wake up with blurry vision (I know - I know I'm over 40), I have a dip and hump in both of my thumb nails, I have lots of stomach trouble (always have). I'm wondering if there could possibly be something more serious going on, is there something else I might need to be looking at?
