General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks to HCM
I can understand your concern

from the above symptoms I can assume that you have cervical spondylosis
plz undergo once the cervical x ray and diagnose it

you can use analgesic along with mscle relaxant like myospaz forte for relief of pain
take b complex vitamin daily once
avoid over strain of neck by supporting it with collar

allow the green leafy vegetables and milk in your diet
don't worry it will subside
I find this answer helpful
