What Causes Blurry Vision And Large Pupils?

My moms eye doc cant figure out if she has adies pupil or nerve palsy she's 49 and her symptoms are in one eye large pupil that's non responsive blurry alittle double vision no headache. She smokes and has problems with her veins had thyroid cancer around 10 years ago

Hello
It seems from the history that you your mother is having dilated pupil with double vision.
This usually occurs because of paralysis of nerve supplying the extra ocular muscles of eye and muscles of pupil. This is because of third nerve paralysis.
The treatment depends on the cause and in cases because of diabetes it will recover by 3-4 months.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
