What Causes Blurred Vision With Glare Post Eye Surgery?

I had eye surgery for carrera for both eyes going on 5 years ago and my vision is still not clear. what can i do please & thanks.My surgeon told me id see really good without glasses but only need readers glasses, but find out he is in court over messing up other eyes.

preoperative estimation will give some idea about result of surgery. now eye can be examined and retina vitreous to be examined.macula can be examined to exclude senile degeneration. refraction can be done to asses corection. associated disease like diabetes and hypertension is to be excluded.
