What Causes Blurred Vision In The Left Eye?

I woke up this morning with blurred vision in left eye, lower quadrant, and enlarged pupil. I have had a headache for 2 weeks and I am taking OTC meds. I have taken 4 pain relievers today and has lessened but not back to normal. I am under a lot of stress taking care of my husband with ALS and have to pull him up in the chair frequently which I feel pressure in the eye and head. I can t go to the ED as I have no one to take care of my husband. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Refraction should be done if there is error detected, it should be corrected. Field tracing should be done optic chiasma is effected. It is Quadrantanopia lesion is in optic chiasma. Exact location is to be located. There is neurological problem neurologist is to be consulted since your husband is having problem and it is difficult to to take him out frequently.

Hopefully this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.
