What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

hi I am a 23 year old woman I have had something weird and no doctor can tell why this happens to me when I was 13 randomly in the middle of calling out a cheer my hearing became muffled my vision blurry and but I was able to walk towards the bathroom however I was dizzy and felt my self falling to grown and managed to slow the fall down later shortly after I regained consciousness this happened again in I was about 17 year old during a cheer game but after sitting down the symptoms disappear since then I have not had that issue however now at 23 years old it has happened again they suspected a mumur when I was 13 but then cleared me of that at around 20 they state my ekg was abnormal but nothing else Ive suffered from migraines since I was 6 however im not sure if that means anything just thought I share it just in case when I was in the shower now at 23 I loss my hearing like the previous two times my vision became blurry I was dizzy and felt my self falling however my boyfriend laid me in the bed my bp was 87/60 heart rate 92 which my normal resting heart rate is around 70 im not sure what dropped my pressure but this time I did not faint as I caught my self in time

Hi,

As per your symptoms most probably you might have had some paroxysmal arrhythmias related to the cardiac problem as you also got your ECG once abnormal.

So just get checked up with your cardiologist once as your blood pressure is also going down during the episode. And my advice is to better get an MRI brain and EEG done to rule out seizures.
