Hello thanks for choosing HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Pacitane is Trihexyphenidyl and the drug is an anticholinergic drug. You are taking 6 mg of this drug and these are high doses. The drug is known to cause anticholinergic side effects like headache, sedation, blurred vision, dryness of mouth which can cause difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in talking etc, constipation etc.

Ropark XL 12 mg is Ropinirol and the drug can cause nausea, sedation, postural hypotension etc side effects. But the side effects you are having are probably occurring due to Pacitane and in my opinion the doses of Pacitane should be adjusted. Please consult your doctor and discuss about the dose adjustments of these drugs.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
