What Causes Blurred Vision And Confusion After An Eye Injury?

Hi, 2 days ago my horse hit me in the eye with his head, he spooked and swung it round into my eye very quickly. I remember that happening but then apparently I was walking round the yard for about 15mins not doing anything? I don t remember this, I was taken home where I felt really unwell, extremely tired and feeling sick with a huge head ache!! When I was taken home I had a huge lump on my left eye brow near the corner. Bruising was starting to come out around the temple and whole of my eye. Yesterday while at the farm the same horse managed to hit me again in the same spot. I felt extremely weak and tired. My eye still has a huge lump on the eyebrow though my eye isn t particularly swollen? The eyebrow is extremely tender! A have a black eye with bruising all around the left side of the eye on temple. When I cover my left eye up I can see normally through my right but when I cover my right everything is really blurry through the left eye. I am currently feeling unwell and have been a little con fussed today, should I go to A & E tomorrow morning??

first take cold compression. get your fundus examined. if any abnormality or damage to lens or vitreous hemorrhage the have to take immediate treatment if every thing is normal then nothing to worry for black eye or swelling. it will goby itself.
