What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Frequent Urination And Fatigue?

HI. I have blurred vision, frequent urination, fatigue, and headaches. My eye doctor has had me taking my BS Readings. Most Mornings, they have been running over 100...the highest over the last 5 days being 126. My random readings fall anywhere from 97 to 184. I have several random readings over 140. Do I have diabetes?
