What Causes Blurred Eyes With Jaundice?

hi, i am 22 years old my height is 175 cm and weight 60 kgs. I am having jaundice due to acute hepatitis-A and it also caused hemolytic aneamia. My haemoglobin went down to 7.3 but now it has improved to 13.1. So, the anaemia is also improving. My billirubin value went upto 58.1, that was quite high actually, but now the billirubin count has decreased to 13.1. I was put on wysolone steriods with a starting dose of 100mg and now the dose is reduced gradually by 70 mg, 60 mg, 50 mg,40 mg,20 mg , 10 mg and 5 mg. I am feeling blurness in my eyesight, siince i was having keratoconus, which is a corneal defect in eye. Can you please suggest if this blurness is due to jaundice or due to the use of steroids. i was on steroids for 28 days and pls suggest if it will improve after my jaundice is gone or the steroids are stopped. Please help as i am really worried about my eyesight.

high dose of steroid may induce cataract or glaucoma. this aspect is to be examined. tapering of dose of steroid is done. other index are normalized. hepatitis a is not virulent and self limiting. only bland diet vi b complex oral glucose is sufficient to improve hepatitis. for hemolytic anemia blood trans fusion is the only option. is it hereditary or drug induced ,to be seen. requires further investigation and intermittent blood trans fusion and iron supplement is to be given. constant monitoring by blood test is to be done.it can be autoimune disorder
