What Causes Blotches And Bumps On Hands, Elbows, Knees And The Soles Of The Feet?
I have blotches & bumps that began under the skin but is slowly coming to the surface on my hands (front & back), elbows, knees & the souls of my feet. It is very painful. Feels like I m being stuck with a hundred pins & needles. Topical cream is not working.

I really appreciate your concern, such clinical symptoms could be due to viral infection in my opinion just wait for some time because this could be self limiting condition and may not need any specific treatment, if this does not comes to normal one then you can try antihistamine, and best would be Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
