General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. It can be an early sign of urethritis.
Do a culture study of the discharge and start antibiotics accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
