What Causes Blood While Spitting Or Blowing Nose With Blurred Vision?

Friday 5/8/15 I fell off an off-road vehicle and hit my head was fine for a little bit and then was in an out for the next 5 hours after falling. Ever since I ve had heat flashes blurry vision dazing confusion and cannot pay attention to anything in school. Today 5/12/15 I find blood when I spit or blow my nose. What s going on?
