What Causes Blood Stain In My Underwear?

So today when I was taking off my clothes to take a shower I noticed a blood stain on my underwear (around the top of the mons pubis) and I look in that area on my mons pubis and there is like this open wound. I m still a virgin, so I don t know if it s a std or not.

If wound is with discharge and/or foul smelling there is possibly of some STD or infection.
If you remember that you have any friction injury over this area during bath,toilet or even with tight underwear , it may be just scratching of skin and it would heal.

But I would like to suggest go to gynecologist for check up and treatment.
