What Causes Blood Pressure Levels To Drop?

I usually have high blood pressure and I take meds for it. Yesterday I started feeling weak and kind of sick to my stomach, pain in my arm and neck and indigestion, and my blood pressure was 99/66. Today my blood pressure is 104/60. What would make my Blood pressure drop like this?

i am worrying weather you are experiencing an acute illness realated to your heart . so it may need to do serial ecgs and cardiac enzyme levels.so better to attend to emergency department of nearest hospital to you.
