General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should get inflammatory markers like ESR and CRP as well as blood cultures and complete blood picture, to look for any signs of systemic infection as these signs can point to any chronic bacterial or viral infection.

An infectious disease specialist should be consulted, to look for the likely source.

Also, CT abdomen and chest for any lymph nodes should be done to rule out any abnormal blood proliferation disorders. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
