Hello and thank you for asking HCM
There are some causes for blood to be found in urine.
-It may came from the kidneys, where urine is made.
-Ureters (the tubes from the kidneys to the bladder)
-Bladder (where urine is stored)
-Urethra (the tube from the bladder to the outside of the body)

The most common reasons are:
A-an infection of the kidneys. But since you don't have any fever i would rule it out.
B-Infection of bladder that in most of the cases you might feel pain when you urinate,or a burning sensation, passing frequent, small amounts of urine.
C-Vigorous exercise. Yes in some cases it might be a cause of clotted blood in your urine.
D-Other causes (rarely)

So i would suggest to do an ultrasound of your UT and an urine test. According to the results you might need or not medication.

Feel free to contact me any time.

Hi Dear user ! I have gone through your question and I understand your concern .

I would say that are some possible conditions that may cause your bleeding :
-Abrasions of your vaginal tract this happens often when the truct is dry during the intercorse .

- Sexually transmitted disease ( clamydia , gonorrhea ) or a yeast infection. Usually the patients have also itching , discharge not only blood .
- Kidney stones .

I would suggest to stop having sexual relationship and to see your local doctor for further exinations. (urine test , vaginal sample test). If the bleeding don't happen after you stop having sexual relationship and you don't have any other symptoms more probably should be cause of the dry vagina during intercorse .
If you have blood use alcohol to wash your genital area to prevent any other infections .
Drink a lot of water . Keep clean the genital area.

Wish these help .
Thank you for using HCM.If you have any other questions please feel free to ask me .
