Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
So you do have kidney stones? If so, that is most likely the cause of blood in your urine. Another thing is that 30% of all people will have monosymptomatic microscopic hematuria at some point in their lives, and only 1/1000 will have an important, treatable cause. The rest are mostly chance findings with no relevance.

I have gone through your history and do understand your concern. You should not worry much as nothing appears serious. Blood in your urine is because of stones which should go once you pass out all stones. But I would like to know the size of your stones and their location in the urinary tract so that I can guide you further.
Hope I have answered your query.
