What Causes Blood In Urine?

blood in urine on urinatio0n with some clotting/84 year old male. had/ colonosphy at age 75 and appendix removed through belly button. not taking any drugs and more likely high blood pressure with high readings but trying to avoid blood pressure pills Intentions to make appointment with my doctor with sample urine

As you mentioned you have problem of blood in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection or kidney infection or other reasons.
Kidney stone or prostate problem also lead to blood in urine..
Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Complete blood cell count and urine test for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
Drink more water per day..
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid tight clothes..
